This wheel of tools disguises the many functions of the Drawboard PDF. They might even call it ‘hip’! What we like about Drawboard PDF For kids (or the occasional app reviewer), it’s a mini-adventure going through all of the options and seeing what they can do to a document with just a few touches, for teenagers and above, it’s a sleek solution to the problem of “how do we save on screen space?”. This is surprisingly intuitive, and is probably the apps greatest strength. Some of the options are simple buttons, but others lead to yet more menus for further options. Once the button is clicked on, suddenly a ring of options fans out around it, resembling a compass or clock face. No tabs or menus, no endless frames of information, just the content and a curious looking button. When first opened, you are met with a blank or existing PDF document, and a little circle with the Drawboard logo. The real magic is on the PDF screen itself.
